Position Summary
The Sales & Student Services Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Regional Director in all Sales & Recruitment Activities, as well as carrying out Student Services SOPs for students from Greece & Cyprus, and contributing to the company’s overall marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimum supervision, have strong interpersonal skills, Sales and/or Customer Service experience, as well as strong organizational skills.
In this multifaceted role that supports several areas of the company’s operations, it is important that the candidate can thrive in a flexible and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management: Managing leads (potential students) and proactively taking them through the Sales (application) process via e-mail, text, phone
communication and occasionally personal meetings, with the aim of converting them to confirmed students.
• High School Presentations: Conduct inspiring and engaging presentations at our partner high schools to generate student interest.
• Fair participation: Attend educational fairs to promote our partner universities and generate interest & leads for their programs.
• Event Management: Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, including school visits, webinars, student trips to the school campuses and informational sessions, to promote the partner Universities.• Student Services: Assist confirmed students in the journey through all
preparatory steps (enrolment documents, visa applications, accommodation search, etc.) as per the Student Services SOPs.
• General Sales & Marketing Support: Perform ad-hoc and non-recurrent tasks, as needed, to support the Sales & Marketing teams of the company, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring online content on the company’s platforms
- Creating Social Media posts
- Updating Sales Databases (Partner High Schools, Agents, Partner Contacts)
- Preparation & Handling of agendas for student recruitment activities, as well as trip bookings including flights, hotels or meeting rooms.
Requirements
• Bilingual in English and Greek is a must
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus
