What you will do:

Deliver high-quality service to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Oversee a specific section of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings. 🍷🍴
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism.

What you need:

Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Fluent in English.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
