BARMAN/BARWOMAN

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barman/Barwoman with expertise in wine service and cocktail preparation to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of wines, spirits, and mixology, along with strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a well-organized bar environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision.
• Recommend and serve wines to complement the restaurant’s menu.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service and enhancing their dining experience.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring cost control and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barman/Barwoman in a high-quality restaurant or bar.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Ability to recommend wine pairings based on food choices.
• Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of bar hygiene, safety regulations, and stock management.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
