Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the entire food and beverage operation at our premium all-inclusive hotel, which features six restaurants, including four a la carte restaurants, and five bars. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

·         Oversee all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless daily operations.

·         Implement and maintain service standards across all dining venues and bars.

·         Coordinate with the F&B HODs to ensure operation’s consistency and quality.

·         Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

·         Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service and quality standards.

·         Handle guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.

·         Work closely with the Room Division team to accommodate special requests.

Team Management & Training

·         Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to deliver outstanding service.

·         Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching when needed.

·         Foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism within the department.

Financial & Cost Control

·         Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.

·         Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

·         Ensure proper stock control and supplier negotiations to maintain cost efficiency.

Health, Safety & Compliance

·         Ensure all F&B areas comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

·         Implement and oversee staff training on food safety and best practices.

·         Work closely with the H&S Department to achieve certifications.

·         Maintain excellent hygiene standards across all outlets.

Requirements

·         Experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end hotel or resort will be considered an advantage.

·         Academic qualification in a relevant field is a must.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·         A deep understanding of restaurant and bar operations, guest service, and hospitality trends.

·         Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

·         Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple outlets.

·         Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
