Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure consistency, freshness, and high quality of all bakery products.
Manage dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing processes with precision.
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ordered as needed.
Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef and culinary team to develop new bakery items and seasonal offerings.
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards throughout all bakery operations.
Provide guidance and training to junior bakery staff to ensure excellence and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a high-end hotel or fine dining establishment.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, fermentation processes, and pastry preparation.
Attention to detail with a creative approach to product presentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Team player with leadership qualities and a passion for continuous improvement.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
