Job Overview:

Ararat Signature Collection is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pastry Cook to join our dynamic pre-opening culinary team. You will play a key role in creating high-quality desserts and baked goods that elevate our guest experience and reflect our culinary excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts.
Ensure all pastry items meet presentation and taste standards.
Innovate and contribute to new pastry menu ideas in collaboration with the Pastry Chef.
Maintain a clean and organized pastry section, ensuring proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and ensure ingredients are fresh and available.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Support and mentor junior pastry staff where necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Pastry Cook in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or patisserie.
Deep knowledge of baking techniques, pastry decoration, and dessert preparation.
Creativity and attention to detail with a passion for pastry arts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
