Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Serve meals and beverages promptly while adhering to service standards.
Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Process payments and operate the POS system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Positive attitude, team player, and customer-service mindset.
Proficiency in English (knowledge of Greek or another language is a plus).
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
